What is the process?

  • After the agreement is signed your sales representative will schedule an onboarding call with Nancy and your district assigned implementation specialist. Your district will remain with one individual for the entire implementation and training process, removing the frustration of working with multiple contacts.
  • During the implementation process you will be assigned an implementation plan through GuideCX our project management software. Through this platform, you and your team will have open visibility into upcoming tasks and to follow the progress for your project!
  • All training sessions will be recorded and provided to you for easy access and review.
  • After the product is fully implemented you will be transitioned from your implementation specialist to our customer care team which gives you access to an entire team who can respond to your needs immediately. With an average satisfaction rate of 99% or higher and response time of 3 minutes or less, you can rest assured your district will be well taken care of.
